In August 2011, the Republic of Mozambique joined the SUN Movement with a letter of commitment from Dr. Nazira Carimo Vali Abdula, the Vice Minister of Health. Today, SBN Mozambique is a fully functioning business network with organisations ranging from food packaging and flour fortification to consumer and salt producer associations, all working to improve nutrition across the nation.
